You can rate a candidate from 1 to 5 when you are screening a candidate.
5 is the highest rating you can give (as in 5 out of 5).
The best way to use the rating field is to think of it as a measure of the candidate's ability to work hard, or produce. Basically, the higher the rating, the better you think the candidate works.
Ratings show up against a candidates name when you are processing applicants.
The highest rated candidates appear at the top of your applicants list.
You can search on the candidate ratings using the Skills Combo option under Advanced Search.
You can also edit the rating from the results shown in the Candidates section.
