How do I quickly add a candidate and resume from outlook into 3Hats?
3Hats provides a two plugins that will allow you to add contents from any email and easily upload it to your 3Hats database.|
The Standard Outlook plugin is free and compatible with Office 2007.
The Advanced outlook plugin is $5 per user per month and is compatible with Outlook 2007 and 2010
Standard Outlook Plugin
With one click you will be able to add the details of a candidate (First name, last name, email address, resume) who has emailed you their resume and upload it into 3Hats automatically.
The system will search for the candidates email address in your database - if found it will update that candidate, adding any attachments that came with the email, and putting in a comment with the emails body and subject heading. (It will not duplicate the candidate)
If no matching candidate is found, it will add a new candidate profile to your database.
To do this it will use email address, first name and surname from the display name of the email, add the contents of the email and add any documents attached to the email to the new candidate profile.
